Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the services.
- Maintain all necessary licenses, credentials, and authorizations.
- Ensure appropriate Business Associate Agreements are in place where PHI is involved.
- Review reports and communications and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest and may result in suspension of services.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other and to use it only for purposes of the engagement. Our handling of PHI is further governed by our HIPAA Policy and applicable Business Associate Agreements.
Intellectual Property
